By accessing, browsing, or using the LegalServicesHub.net platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications thereto.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

LegalServicesHub.net is a technology platform that facilitates connections between clients seeking legal services and independent, licensed legal professionals ("Attorneys"). The Platform provides matching, scheduling, communication tools, and payment processing.

LegalServicesHub is NOT a law firm, does NOT practice law, and does NOT provide legal advice, opinions, or recommendations. We are a technology intermediary only.

Any attorney-client relationship is formed exclusively between you and the matched Attorney. LegalServicesHub is not a party to, nor responsible for, any such relationship or the legal services provided thereunder.

The information available on the Platform, including Attorney profiles, articles, FAQs, and general informational content, does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify LegalServicesHub of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to seeking or providing legitimate legal services. You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or any connected systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers/networks connected to the Platform
• Harvest or collect user information without authorization
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without prior written consent
• Circumvent any security or authentication measures implemented on the Platform

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

Attorneys listed on the Platform are independent professionals and not employees, agents, or representatives of LegalServicesHub. We do not control, direct, or supervise the legal services provided by Attorneys.

While we undertake reasonable verification of Attorney credentials, bar admissions, and disciplinary history, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or timeliness of services provided by any Attorney.

LegalServicesHub does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any specific Attorney. Matching is based on algorithmic analysis of your stated needs and Attorney qualifications, and should not be construed as a recommendation.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting an Attorney. We encourage you to independently verify credentials, request references, and conduct your own due diligence.

Fees for Platform services are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary based on service tier, complexity, jurisdiction, and urgency. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge applicable fees.

Platform matching fees are distinct from Attorney legal fees. Attorney fees are agreed upon directly between you and the Attorney and are governed by your engagement agreement with them.

Refund Policy:

• Platform matching fees: Refundable within 48 hours if no Attorney consultation has occurred
• Consultation fees: Non-refundable once the consultation has commenced
• Subscription plans: May be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial billing periods
• Disputes regarding Attorney fees should be directed to the Attorney in accordance with your engagement agreement

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Price changes do not affect existing paid engagements.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and compilations thereof, are the exclusive property of LegalServicesHub or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from the Platform
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
• Use the Platform or any content for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

We recognize the sensitive nature of legal matters and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of user information. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Communications between you and matched Attorneys through the Platform may be subject to attorney-client privilege. LegalServicesHub does not monitor the content of these communications.

You acknowledge that no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. While we implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls, regular audits), you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to data security.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR (for EU users), CCPA (for California residents), and other jurisdiction-specific privacy laws.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LEGALSERVICESHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY SPECIFIC LEGAL OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEGALSERVICESHUB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LEGALSERVICESHUB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LegalServicesHub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting support or using account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Platform ceases immediately; (b) we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies; (c) provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability).

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date, including payment obligations for services already rendered.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in New York, New York, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York.

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LegalServicesHub regarding use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: LegalServicesHub shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet/telecommunications failures.
